Moving heavy appliances & furniture and no sleep = auto regulate down on squat today. Had 175, same deal looked up (vacuumer, other people - why is a lower body lift so much harder? Maybe I'm just being a pussy)

Lot of people cleaning lately and don't know what's up with their misses and poor racks (timing - didn't stay over long enough, didn't hit the hip, or they're trying to consciously JUMP w the bar too low and its forward, slow as shit turnover, arm pulled, didn't get down, or pulled it way too high/too forward). They're fairly decent.
I may try some Thursday, if sleep allows, probably take a million years to get it back: Granny and the 10,000 Reps (sounds like a band).
Nothing in the tank today at all, not sleeping enough and it shows.
