I used the lacrosse balls to loosen my whole back and everything else last night. DL felt good today, started with the bar closer, back to worrying about dropping hips too low and kicking the bar forward....and that's ok. Both lifts on IG.
Did anyone see Shelly lift at Nationals? Great role model - so 8 years of chasing Shelly, something to aspire to.

Anytime Fitness in Sebastian Just too tired to drive across town, no sleep last night.
They have new bumpers, new rack, new bar with quite the bite and a center knurl (I like it rough), but no platform. All from Valor (never heard of them). Became obvious the bumpers are too light (I weighed the tens) so I had to add weight to make up the squat weights I needed. Used the old plates for presses. Whatever happened to Mav Rik and Kraiburgs?

The guy spotting (and his son) always used to tease me, he spotted my 120 warmup so I asked, 130 or 128, you think? "130 is a nice round number" Then he called me out on my lazy loading (so I put on the 15kgs), so then I was nervous as hell, thought it'd be so hard. It wasn't, really. At a lower BW @170 down from 185-192.
Floor Press 95x6x3s
Power Cleans 70#x2x6sets practice w/ift off to above knee and to power position, then PCL. The bitey bars not great for these. Shoulders were done, there really isn't room for these.

Chiro last night said she thinks my neck issue is levator scap on the right frustrating her because she can't fix it; IDK my neck/top of trap is always wonky now - I've been just hanging for 15-30 sec 3-4x, has been feeling so great on my shoulders. IDK.

Did some hanging/doing a couple hypers: feels like the low back issue I sometimes deal with is pending, something's not quite right, cut squats.
Everything else was ok.
I like hanging from the rack too. I perform back extensions, rather than hypers. No real reason.

Bench, ok. Set of 2 at 120 was misgrooved (the freaking slidy benches at this gym).
Decided to HBBS for lighter 6's (which I've been skipping for D3 heavy pause squats), since I'm not sleeping/playoffs, recovery sucks lately (then I felt the back)
One more series after these two. I mean, don't stay up and miss things like Pulock's save? How about the Habs?!! Think the Islanders blew it - their whole game sucked Monday, they unleashed the beast; I like Tampa. I wouldn't be sorry to see the knights out, with the golden dancing girls, forts, and what is that on the ice before games? I said to my SO - wth, Sin City, they have a freaking giant p***s on the ice?! SO: "I think its supposed to be a knight helmet... it is phallic looking though."
Yeah, ok. There's no bling in hockey. Can't say that about the other.
