    LOL you're a trip. You make me laugh many times with your posts. Just keep up the work and think of where you (and all us) would be without doing what we do. Oh and by the way you outwork me with your workouts!!

    Granny's WOs sure are impressive. Besides she does some lifting things outside the gym.
    Remembering the day of the week gets tougher for me.The 4th of July thew me off this week.

    Full of energy yesterday! Spent 2 hours (basically holding gutters in place to get them pitched right-the more of this kind of work I do w/the SO, the more I realize a lot of "women's equality" is probably total bullshit -OR- I am just a big wuss.)
    Decent enough sleep last night. After this session discovered the thermostat was set to 73°. Ugh.

    Leg Ext 30x15, 30X12, 30X12 @2RIR (first set went to only right leg bc left knee was bothering, toes out fixed it)

    Yep, the SSB gets you more into your Quads...still anthropometrically driven, but yes more Quad action.

    Haven't done ab wheels in ages, never liked them cause they're too damn hard...lol.

    I trained after noon and felt somewhat better, due to sort of "interviewing" - with people 40 years my junior; I think I'm too advanced - well, it was an experience.

    (6-7 RPE) 180x5 @6, 165x5 @6, 165x5 @6 (Oh Snap! this was supposed to go to 170), 170x5 @7ish
    Spoto (70-80#) 80x8x3s @7
    5-0-0 Squat(7 RPE) 115x5 @8, 110x6x2s @7 (could be 5-10 less weight, plates way out of calibration, knee pain today)
    Floor Press (7 RPE) 95x6x2s @7 (could be 85, plates that aren't calibrated)
    Hip Thrusts (2-3 RIR) 85x17, 15, 11 all 3RIR and with 2s hold
    Finally DID the protect your armpits DL cue by pretending I was going to be tickled, seemed to work fairly well. Still not a habit but I'll take it.
    Hot and humid and shirt covered with sweat; maybe time for a new gym shirt (no disrespect or offense intended): "think of MY boobs, the way I think of YOUR boobs: I DON'T!"
