BW175. I think its consciously eating fat and forgetting water.
I was good yesterday, but today I AM going to drink that Oktoberfest and eat a burned dog with onion and peppers.
Protein, PB and a slice of bread did the trick for sleeping.
Chiro today: adjusted upper back, neck, SI, iliac then had me lie on my back, make prayer hands on my belly and extend up and back with straight arms over my head - then bring them back down to my front.
"OMG! wait! did I just SEE that? Put your hands back together, do it again." I raise clasped hands way back, then bring them back down to my front. "Yes, wow! your hip flexors!"
My HIP flexors? (completely clueless).

Took it pretty easy, Wednesday is another set a rep max for bench day. Last night I woke up with the dog's face, in my face, wth. No thunder or rain, just a little lightning. I may have to resort to naps. Time to eat all the carbs.

Donated blood. LOL the trainer at my gym keeps telling me I can do all the things these 70yo men and women are doing. I am listening to Shelly Stettner on silver edge fitness (Very) Strong at 70 with Shelly Stettner - The Silver Edge where she says, she could just LOOK at a dumbbell and she would get a muscle.
(ROFLMAO - that ain't me!) Pretty good listen if anyone is interested.
