    LOL, tell me about it: computers etc, SaaS, RPS, NFTs, SSAE-16. The pandemic/lockdowns really threw my whole life as I knew it off the rails, still isn't "normal for me, I get depressed at times; but I just keep going.

    Saturday 9_25_21 Early
    Pclean & Jerk practice. Some decent, trying to stay patient, time it better to get more zing. IG First vid bar's way too forward. Second vid, it FELT better, last few pix a sequence of a lift that I WAS patient, and I DID lift my shirt - which is what I need to do consistently. Still trying to move my elbows correctly in the 3rd pull. I only went from 65-75-85, light, didn't want to start dropping jerks in the gym first day I do them. Dips were a teeny tiny bit forward once in a while, carpet jerks were not that snappy, little bit of short stepping, but now I know I can jerk way more, not hard at all.

    (Its always the same with these lifts, nothing's changed - when you start getting tired and blowing tightness, positions and timing - time to stop for the day.)

    Meh. Work harder.

    Pclean & jerk cost: low back fatigue, and about 8 pounds. Squats noticeably harder than they should have been. Have to consider the tradeoffs.
    Over the weekend I saw some of this meet with John Haack. Bilbo Swaggins on the gram - holy crap!!

    Just not sleeping. Whole workout, while not excruciatingly hard, was a slog.
    Gym is taking over the office space next door; I saw two new heavier duty racks and more dumbbells (but not adjustable). IDK if there are also platforms, bars or what else.
    There was a note on the door when I arrived yesterday that our "contribution" payment would be deducted from our accounts yesterday. wth?

    Not great sleep wed.-thu, no sleep at all Friday, 7 hrs Saturday, 8-9 last night. Pretty hard to recover.

    The gym manager shared this w/me, knows someone (waiting for a kidney), his status on the waiting list was changed to inactive due to being unvaxxed.
    I don't understand ANYthing that's going on with this administration, none of it makes sense to me; but everyone around me agrees that the unvaxxed don’t deserve to live, nor do they deserve medical care. Maybe I AM crazy.

    Lately my butt is going UP a tiny bit, not back - while it happens during the lift, I'm thinking about retighten for the next rep but my butt is lifting before I'm done with the current rep. Definitely lifted on rep 2. I'll have to fix that, any ideas on the slippy bench?
