8-9 hours, still kind of iffy. Realized a rib is hurting mid back could be something stuck. But I got everything done.

Forgot to say, I got done with top set squats, rerack can see in mirror and turning around, the whole gym is looking at me.
Maybe was the misgroove? Or that the kid next to me is doing 185 for 8 or 10 easily and I'm an old weakling? IDK what am I doing wrong??
Whelp; that's not likely to change - being the weakest one.

The crap with the time change continues. Up at 3:30. ?? Ugh, felt completely wasted after the comp bench max attempt.

Also was getting texts from lib family RE Floridas low covid rate et al.
It is only low because the snowbirds left. And Rittenhouse, he is guilty - crocodile tears notwithstanding - he went there looking for glory.

Did this really quickly at 5:30pm; not sure how going back to night training is going to go, but here I am.

Got a golden opportunity plopped in my lap and I had to go for it; it’s like my dream place to work. Hope it works out long term.

Good luck with the new job. My best training days were always after a day at work. You can do it!

Just exhausted, supposed to be dissipating fatigue. We'll have to see how my training goes with the job.

I hope the new job is going ok. If things get too exhausting you might not have the energy to do more than 2 or 3 basic lifts even if only for a while.

    Good luck.

    Good luck.
I want to do everything I can to further their success, I want them to be the best - and I hope not to lose too much strength.

I wish I still had a hot tub.
