End of deload week, definitely still feeling more fatigued with some joint aches. Oh well.
End of this block, it says my reps will be dropping a little and increased intensity. total sets will be flat or decrease depending on my readiness ratings (i.e. - SLEEP)

Whelp; I expected it but it still sucks; 4 weeks to a peak and test. I just am stressed to the max now, with babies coming next month, holidays, new job...

I didn't feel THAT bad, last warmup squat rep I hit the safety on the left side, so a lopsided long pause tilted left - my SI joint/hip has been slightly out along with mid back, this made it worse. I just don't know when I can get to chiro. But I went for it anyway on squat, maybe should have grinded longer, but I think its the stress, I come home every day completely wiped out. Once I learn things it should be a tiny bit less stressful but this job is stressful by nature.

Leg Press (3-4 RIR) 140x7x3s @3 (these were not so hard but very burny)
Vups (2-3 RIR) bwx10x3s @3 RIR (will add weight next week, back to these because no hurting from GHD sit-ups, full ROM, IDK?)

Still grateful as hell for everything. The app has a saying: grateful for everything, entitled to nothing.

    Happy Thanksgiving!

IDK a gym member tried to help me do these correctly on third set (blind grip, chip up, squeeze shoulder blades together)
He then watched the rest of everything and asked why would you do upright row? Arnold presses are the king of growing a big ball on your shoulder, you don't want big traps, do you? (Yes. I do. I want big everything). We got talking and he suggested since I am always so tired that my menopause was late (59-60) and that I might need testosterone/hormones, go to doctor. I did two upright row sets and then, 10# DB Arnold press (that he then yelled, you are MUCH stronger than that!)

My one shoulder/bicep tendon is just screaming today, it was fine till the 5th set of BP, I videoed, I looked I see nothing wrong really, I tried like hell to keep shoulder blades together. Still hurt.

My SO finally came home, and he found the trigger point in my back where my ribs meet that right shoulder, and that reduced the pain greatly.
My back is stuck, the SI/hip are still out on one side, I know to lie on my side etc but I can't push my hip up myself. And, I wish I wasn't built so weird, not short, not big, and nothing in proportion.

No time for anything working 6 days a week. Desperately need the chiro, low back is way out and my upper mid back is jammed, I am strong enough but couldn't hold my back for heavier DL.

So. I should be good. I was fine doing the weights I'm doing, except my back is out. Its why I no longer compete, all that work get to the end of prep this happens.
    I probably need a coach.

Still on the struggle bus; chiro can't see me til Monday, Tuesday I've got a max squat attempt. Oh well.
Everything was hurting last night (knees, shoulders, shoulder still got that tendonopathy, back, joints) so I downed my readiness ratings.
Doable, just squats are way crooked til back gets sorted out.
Got told this morning that its not my skill set, knowledge or job performance, and that I could count on them for a reference in the future, the company is just moving in a different direction that doesn't include me. Oh snap; their loss!

And has it dawned on anyone else that because of the people who were Ridin' with Biden, the entire freaking country is cruisin' for a bruisin'???
Ugh. I don't even know anymore.

    starting strength coach development program
Skipped a training day, chiro. Low back is still wonky, she was unable to manipulate mid back but she did my neck.
Time to come to grips w/constant tendon pain in my right shoulder as well, turning onto my left side and pulling the blanket with right arm has been really painful and it has hurt all the time. I tried scheduled TNG at 102.5-107 and it was a no go. Hurt at the bottom. App gave me a rehab workout.

    SSB (120-125) 120x3x3s @7
Back Raise 10#x10x3s @3RIR (need to use more weight, leery of low back issues)
