    I can't smell or taste and realize this is going to be difficult to eat right. salad is like wet crunchy stuff yesterday I ate the meat off and threw half away, coffee is slightly sweet hot water, ice cream is cold stuff, I burned my protein pancake this am bc I can't smell. IDK how I will cook.

I am also in the gym so I can piggyback my grandkids outside of the gym.

    I have no interest in fulfilling your desires for something hot to look at. Pornhub - go there, I hear its great.

    Still struggling with a lot of fatigue, and coughing.
    My knee swelling came back after DL - that knee does NOT like DL. SSB I wasn't sure, careful w/form and not going too low, felt really weird. Definitely is a problem.
    After back raise, I was dismounting and had my foot on the center frame, and dropped my heel - got a big stretch in that calf, felt better. Stretched both sides out (haven't done this stretch in probably years), stretched my hips/low back sideways on the 45° ab thingy. Hope for the best.
    I can only do what is there for me; my 72yo friend has no problems at all with any joints or pains, he says.

    yeah I remember those. The foot in the crease!! IDK if my SO remembers/knows about that. He didn't know Gillies. He's not sure of Jeanneret (I keep saying, you know, SUSPENDERS but I'm sure if he heard him yell patty lalalalala Fontaine he'd remember?) He sure doesn't get when I shake my hand at him in a face off stance. I remember I had to explain the shoe incident to him. ROFLMAO!!!

    TODAY - I met the girl they think I could/should look like - she's 65, an inch or two shorter than me, weighs 132 (yeah, I ASKED), can see most of the tiny muscles... only thing is she's a LOT weaker than me. I don't think its worth it to me - if I could be leaner but still have even more muscle than I have AT REST and stay strong I'd love it - if not oh well.

    How likely is that to happen? If I lost 40#, my skin would be hanging off me too. I'd be a Cheeto. Not a Cheeto smasher (although that is slowly going with age).

    I often wonder if men's FB and IG are filled with pitches from men attaching fake hair, fake brows, fake lashes, bragging about fake huge balls... constant videos of screwing with face shading, hair doodling, ugh!! I mean, can you imagine if women required men's balls to be as big as at least grapefruit and all men tried for that??

    A HAHAhahahahahaha!!
