    I figured out the rockbot issue at my gym (wasn't connected). So I made my own playlist instead of all (we can just run those red lights) every 5 minutes from the memory card.
    It's now early afternoon old people; I am playing tool, clutch, meshuggah.... ahahahahahahaahaha!!!

    Told a guy last week he can stretch the same by hanging on any piece of equipment; he said he needs the squat rack with empty barbell to hold and lean back to stretch shoulder or the stretch is not extreme enough.
    EXTREME stretching - new thing?
