    Feel like logging a bit again. Handball will start in two weeks time. Shoulders have been good ever since last time. Though my hips and knee/quad bothers me a bit sometimes.

    Currently working with Brooke Haubenstricker for programming and form. Currently running a HLM and LP for squats because of hip issues.

    Week 30, 2019

    Tuesday 19
    Squat 3x5x140
    Strict Press 6x3x63 (lols)
    RDL 3x8x117.5
    6 hill sprints (aprox. 23/130 seconds, work/rest)

    Thursday
    AM:
    Deadlift 2x1x187.5
    PM:
    Squat 3x5x142.5
    Benchpress 25 reps, 90x5,4,3,4,3,2

    Split up the workout because I was going on a 5 hour hike during the day. Didnt want to deadlift after that. Because of some trouble with a uneven platform I did two singles instead of two doubles.

    Saturday
    Squat 3x5x145
    Closegrip benchpres 8,7,8,8x80
    Deadlift 3x5x157.5

    Week 31, 2019

    Monday
    Squat 3 x 5 x 147.5
    Press 6 x 3 x 64.5
    RDL 3 x 8 x 120

    All three lifts were heavy. Handball is starting again this week after a 5-week summer break. Programming will thus probably change a bit.

    Thursday
    Squat 3 x 5 x 150
    Benchpres 25 reps 4,4,3,3,3 x 90 (no time for all 25)
    Deadlift 2 x 2 x 187.5

    Only trained two times this weekend. Handball is taking a toll on recovery.

    RDL 3 x 8 x 122.5

    Hurt the left side of my ribcage during a handball-match monday so had to scale down on the presses

    Squat 3 x 5 x 155
    Benchpress 25 reps, 90 x 4, 4, 4, 4, 4, 3, 2

    A small irratation from handball in my left elbows forced be to scale down a bit on presses

    Thursday
    Squat 3 x 5 x 160
    Benchpress 5 x 5 x 75
    RDL 3 x 8 x 125
    Chinups 6 x 5

    Elbow still recovering.
