Feel like logging a bit again. Handball will start in two weeks time. Shoulders have been good ever since last time. Though my hips and knee/quad bothers me a bit sometimes.
Currently working with Brooke Haubenstricker for programming and form. Currently running a HLM and LP for squats because of hip issues.

Split up the workout because I was going on a 5 hour hike during the day. Didnt want to deadlift after that. Because of some trouble with a uneven platform I did two singles instead of two doubles.
Saturday

Closegrip benchpres 8,7,8,8x80
Deadlift 3x5x157.5

Monday

All three lifts were heavy. Handball is starting again this week after a 5-week summer break. Programming will thus probably change a bit.
Thursday
Squat 3 x 5 x 150
Benchpres 25 reps 4,4,3,3,3 x 90 (no time for all 25)
Deadlift 2 x 2 x 187.5
Only trained two times this weekend. Handball is taking a toll on recovery.
