    Kettlebell Swings - 60#
    10, 15, 25, 50 x 5


    52:10. Not easy. Lower back starting tweaking on the last set of 25 so I took a long rest for the final set of 50.

    Been super busy working so I'm just doing stuff at home. Going to build a home gym soon.

    10, 15, 25, 50 x 1
    10, 15, 25, 20, 30 x 1
    15, 35, 15, 35 x 3 (easier)


    41:35.

    Tried dips but was too sore/under-recovered.
