I've been lifting on & off since 2012. I'll never be the strongest guy in the forums; my goals are: 1.) Keep getting gradually stronger; 2.) Not be injured; 3.) Enjoy the process.

First back squats in a good while. I did 415 a few years back. I would guess somewhere 370-385 would be my max right now.
