    I'm getting close. Here's a training log to document my struggle.

    10/19/17

    Front Squat
    135 x 2, 3, 5, 8
    165 x 5, 5, 5

    Press
    120 x 4, 4, 4, 4

    I've been lifting on & off since 2012. I'll never be the strongest guy in the forums; my goals are: 1.) Keep getting gradually stronger; 2.) Not be injured; 3.) Enjoy the process.

    I'm starting this log because it's lame to be an E&P battler and not make any training contributions to this site.

    315 x 1 (surprisingly easy)

    First back squats in a good while. I did 415 a few years back. I would guess somewhere 370-385 would be my max right now.
