    Press: 180x1, 165x3, 155x3, 155x3
    Deadlift: 415x3x3
    CG Bench Press: 185x12
    Regular Grip Bench: 185x5 (after about 40-45 seconds rest)

    6/11/18 (BG):

    Slingshot (blue) bench: 285x2x3
    Regular bench: 225x3x5
    Press: 135x6x4
    Chin-ups: 12, 12, 8
    Dips: +100x7, +75x8

    Slingshot is pretty shot. Obviously it's doing something to help, but it doesn't feel like it has as much pop as it once did, it's visibly worn and lots of little elastic pieces are broken and sticking out through the fabric. Might change these up for now and look for a replacement down the road.
