2/22/19 (CG):
Some back injury during the first rep of rack pulls. Had to call it. Felt something similar to the sensation of a chiropractic adjustment and put the bar back down, but instead of loosening me up, it started getting stiff over the next 5-10 minutes, so I called it a day. I was in bed with body aches and probably a low grade fever yesterday, so maybe I should have bagged this one, but I felt like I had it today. In any case, I foresee some "vitamin I" in my near future, and will adjust the programming over the next several workouts accordingly. Bummer.
