    Prowl: 3 plates, 6 runs, untimed (short-ish) rest
    Curls: 80x10x2 (fixed barbell)

    Deadlift: 465x2x5 (1 hook, 4 strap, low oly shoes)
    Bench: 225x3x5
    Squat: 315x3x5 (low oly shoes. Might decide I like them better for squats)
    Press: 160x1x14 in 5:00
    Low cable rows, neutral grip

    C2 Rower: A few intervals and a drop of steady state work for extra technique practice.

    2/22/19 (CG):

    Some back injury during the first rep of rack pulls. Had to call it. Felt something similar to the sensation of a chiropractic adjustment and put the bar back down, but instead of loosening me up, it started getting stiff over the next 5-10 minutes, so I called it a day. I was in bed with body aches and probably a low grade fever yesterday, so maybe I should have bagged this one, but I felt like I had it today. In any case, I foresee some "vitamin I" in my near future, and will adjust the programming over the next several workouts accordingly. Bummer.

    Appreciate that, Chad. It's coming along very quickly. I'll be doing some kind of real lifting this week.
