    Bench: 275x3 (PR!, touch-and-go)
    Deadlift: 500x1 (not a PR. Probably quit early)

    Thanks, Chad. Honestly, it felt like even more of a grind than it looked like. I was surprised to see how "fast" it had actually moved when I watched the video. So yeah.
