    Lacking mojo today. I need to adjust my Tuesday programming to come into Fridays less fatigued.

    are the LTEs assistance for the presses?
    or for the pump?

    Hey Neil. How’s life? I’m mostly concerned with driving up my press and bench, and upper body assistance work is selected as a means to that end, but I certainly won’t complain if I end up with shapely arms in the process!

    Yeah, I was debating between a trip to Brazil for several thousand dollars worth of elective surgeries or the LTE's. The LTE's may not be as effective, but they were the more budget-friendly option. I'll probably keep doing some curls on Thursdays too.

    Squat: 405x1, 325x6x4
    Deadlift: 405x3x5 (1 hook, 4 strap)
    Power Snatch: 112x2x6
    Rows: 190x5x3 (2 supinated, 1 pronated)
