Thanks, man. I hope not to disappoint.

    1/19/18:

    Squat: 365x4, 325x4x3
    Press: 145x8, 125x8x3
    Deadlift (in Romaleos): 405x7
    Close-Grip Bench Press: 185x10

I'm pretty sure I'm going to try to get my Power Perfect II's cobbled to a lower heel:toe raise so I can wear them for deadlifts. I don't like the height of the Romaleos for pulls. I know I'd have been able to pull a clean 8th rep in flats or something closer thereto, but I also want the support of a weightlifting shoe.

    1/22/18:

    Squat: 345x7, 325x6x2
    Bench: 220x8, 210x8, 210x8, 195x8

I'm around 165 now according to my bathroom scale. I had to adjust my stance a bit on the squat due to some kind of minor irritation situation in the vicinity of my old adductor injury, should have been fine for 8's otherwise, but next week Monday goes to 6's anyway.

    1/24/18:

    Front Squat: 3x{135, 145, 155, 165, 175, 165, 155, 145}
    Press: 150x8, 138x8x3
    Floor Press: 165x6x3

Felt the old injury just slightly after this was done and I went for a walk. Trusting it to hold up for Friday's heavy squats.

    1/26/18:

    Squat: 375x4*, 345x4x3
    Bench: 250x4, 235x4x3
    Deadlift (Romaleos): 415x7

*@~7. WTF?! Re-checked the plates, made my training partner swear a blood oath that they weren't high. The gravity dial must have been turned down.

Ha, thanks. No ants involved, just one tiny turtle body with juvenile gorilla arms.

    1/31/18:

    Press: 155x6, 140x6x3
    Front Squats: 3x{165, 185, 205, 215, 225, 185, 185, 185} I still hate every single thing about these
    Floor Press: 185x10x2
