I'm pretty sure I'm going to try to get my Power Perfect II's cobbled to a lower heel:toe raise so I can wear them for deadlifts. I don't like the height of the Romaleos for pulls. I know I'd have been able to pull a clean 8th rep in flats or something closer thereto, but I also want the support of a weightlifting shoe.

I'm around 165 now according to my bathroom scale. I had to adjust my stance a bit on the squat due to some kind of minor irritation situation in the vicinity of my old adductor injury, should have been fine for 8's otherwise, but next week Monday goes to 6's anyway.

Felt the old injury just slightly after this was done and I went for a walk. Trusting it to hold up for Friday's heavy squats.
