    A handful of little tweaks and nagging injuries starting to accumulate and get in the way of doing the stuff I want to do.

    Squat: 365x3
    Bench: 245x3x5

    Little car accident last night, my right foot is a little bruised and battered. This week was going to be a mess for training anyway with moving in a week, so at least the timing of not being able to train correctly aligns. Walking the squat out was worse than the actual squatting, but it felt 40 or 50 pounds heavier than it should have and I decided to cut it off after 1 set. We'll see what Wednesday brings.
