5/15/19 (CG):

Press: 175x3s2, 170x3x3
5/17/19 (AG):
Leg press and machine incline press.
Should be back to my normal schedule by late next week. Foot is feeling a lot better.
5/22/19 (CG):
Been a TOUGH 9 days. Considering this the start of the transition back to my real program:
Press: 160x5
Bench: 215x5x3
Chins: Nope. Tricep/Lat still not ready for it. May try some negatives next time and see if it helps or hinders healing.
Cable gunzz work.
Foot still swollen, but I'm down to a 0.00001 on the pain scale. Bothers me a bit when I wear shoes or walk for extended periods, but otherwise not even a regular distraction.
5/23/19 (Walk-in gym):
Long slog back to mediocrity continues...
Squat: 335x3x3
Deadlift: 405x5 (3 hook, 2 straps, 1 terribly under-knurled barbell)
5/27/19 (Another walk-in gym, may be one of my gyms in the future):
Squat: 365x1, 345x3x4
Press: 175x1, 155x3x4
Deadlift: 425x5 (hook grip. OPB.)
5/29/19:
Was going to do some light squats, bench, and power and/or split snatch work, but I tweaked a hamstring warming up for squats, so it was:
Bench: 265x1, 225x3x4
Some messing around with negative chins to try to fix my lat/tri thing
Going home
Friday will be better.
5/31/19 (Other CG):
Squat: 385x1, 355x3, 355x3, 345x3, 335x3
Press: 180x1, 165x3x4
Deadlift: 445x4
Had to rush things a little bit and didn't have a 5th rep on deadlifts in me. Friday was better.
6/3/19 (OCG):
Squat: 325x5x4
Press: 155x5x5
Deadlift: 405x4x2 (1 hook 1 straps)
Chins: 3x5 (very easy but not comfortable-still dealing with the lat/tri issue)
Almost feeling normal again.
