    Chins: 3x7. Still hurts. Holding a lot of positions on the eccentrics where it hurts until it doesn't. Gotta turn off them nope-ciceptors.

    Some light power cleans that felt heavy

    Split Snatch: Let's just call it technique work. There was a lot of 95, a badly pressed-out 125, and some mixed 115's.
    Bench: 265x1, 275x1, 250x3x3
    Power Clean: 155x3x3
    Dips: 100x10 (1 set)
    Chins: 50x5x3 (2 hurt, 1 didn't)
