    Squat: 380 x 3 x 2
    Press: 185 x 2 x 3
    Deadlift: 495x1 (hook), 455x5 (straps)
    Chins: 45 x 8,7

    Weigh-out: 161.0 earth-shaking lbs.

    7/1/19 (OCG):

    Squat: 345x5x4
    Split snatch: singles: 115, 120, 125, 130 (PR!)
    Power clean: also singles: 155, 165, 175, 185 (ran out of time. Had a little more)

    7/2/19 (OCG):
    Press: 165x5,4,4,4 (tweaked neck on rep 3 of set 4)
    Bench: 255x2, 245x3x2 (main excuse: neck was bothering me)

    weighed out one of these days at 161.4. Neck is going to be ok for some heavy stuff tomorrow, 7/5.

    Squat: 385x3
    Press: 190x1, 195x1
    Deadlift: 495x1, 500x2 (2-ish. Lockout may have been a drop soft. Hook was giving out).

    Bench: 260x3, 255x3, 250x3
    Deadlift: 475x5 (straps. No chalk. No decent knurls)
    Dips: 2x20
