yuh,
10 inches,
100 #s,
yet the short guy lifts twice, thrice, and then some, of mine,
less distance traveled(?), yeah, that's it,
one of these days I'll get serious and burn my snowflake
Do snowflakes burn or melt? I don't deny certain mechanical advantages. I'm a short-torsoed, kyphotic guy with (relatively) long arms. I'm destined to be better at deadlifts than some. I just gotta be better at them than I was last week/month/year. Same goes for you. Compare modern Neil to the prior versions. That's what actually matters.
2/5/2018
Squat: 365x6 (not pretty, but did. video below), 345x6x2
Bench: 230x6, 220x6x3
2/7/18:
Press: 160x6, 150x6x3
Zercher Squat: 3x{185, 205, 225, 235}, 185x8
Floor Press: 205: 3x5
I put some knee sleeves on my arms for the Zercher squats and so far I hate them farless than front squats (which I despise pretty passionately). I ended up using my 2.5" belt because I was having trouble getting a full breath in between reps with the 4".
I'll take front squats all day.
