Thanks! Been here since Spring, actually, but at the moment I'm still traveling up north to coach at my favorite commercial gym. Do you still have my e-mail address? I'm not sure if I have yours and I can fill you in on that whole deal. Plus, we should definitely get together for an adult beverage sometime, either preceded by some lifting or not.

This week got weird, so programming had to adjust to it. Planning to get back in Thursday and Friday for split sessions.

Life stuff has robbed me of a couple pounds according to the scale, which comports with how heavy this all felt today.

Deadlift: 475x5 (All hook grip. Hard, but not a fight for my life like the one time I've done this with straps)
Squat: 335x3x3 (no pause, yes belt)
