    Press: 167.5x3x8
    Split Snatch: 95x2x6
    Dips: 135x4
    Chins: 50x7,5,5

    1/13/2020:

    Squat: 370x5x4 (Volume PR)
    Press: 170x5x3 (Ties or sets volume PR I think)
    Row: 275x5 (3 acceptable, 2 horrendous, PR), 245x5x2 (more acceptable)

    Had to keep checking the weights and equipment to see why everything was moving so well. Gravity dial must have been turned down a notch today.

    Thanks, Eric! Of course every good run hits its snags. Today was one.

    Called it there. No excuses, I just didn't put my head down and finish the work like I usually try and often manage to do on days when I feel off.
