3 hours 2 seconds? Either that was one hell of a grind or you were taking some excessive rest!

Ha, not quite that long. 3 singles completed with the hook grip, 2 with straps to protect my delicate, tender, sensitive little thumbs.

6/1/2020:

Press: 177.5x5
Bench: 225x3x10

6/2/2020:

Squat: 370x5
RDL: 365x4x4

Looking like it's just going to be a 2-lift per day week.

6/4/2020:

Bench: 257.5x5
Press: 160x7,6,3,3,3,3,3,2 (30 reps-trying to get done as quickly as possible. 160x7 may be a PR just because what kind of monster does 7's?)

6/5/2020:

Deadlift: 475x5 (hook)
Squat: 355x5x5

Schedule was tight this week, looking worse next week. I miss my accessory lifts, but it will be ok.
