Ha, not quite that long. 3 singles completed with the hook grip, 2 with straps to protect my delicate, tender, sensitive little thumbs.

Press: 160x7,6,3,3,3,3,3,2 (30 reps-trying to get done as quickly as possible. 160x7 may be a PR just because what kind of monster does 7's?)

Deadlift: 475x5 (hook)
Squat: 355x5x5
Schedule was tight this week, looking worse next week. I miss my accessory lifts, but it will be ok.
