Well, I would have liked to to look a little technically cleaner, but I appreciate the kind comment. This is actually where your short squat rack ended up. It's a basement my friend has access to, and we lift there sometimes, and I sometimes lift at the commercial gym where I coach (the one you've been to). The wife and I are moving to an apartment complex tomorrow that has a "gym" with equipment that may prove adequate for certain workouts (They don't appear to own enough plates for me to do a heavy deadlift workout, but I may be able to convince them to fix that). I'm glad you brought it up, actually. It may be worthwile to denote going forward where each workout was completed using the notation "basement gym," "apartment gym," and "commercial gym" so that I'll be more easily able to recognize any patterns that emerge over time.

Press: 175x2x3
Deadlift: 455x3
