    what book did I miss?
AG = Apartment Gym. In the building I recently moved to. 1 acceptable rack, 1 acceptable bar, inadequate weight for heaviest squat/deadlift work
BG = Basement Gym. My equipment (mostly), a friend's real estate, often convenient in light of location and traffic patterns
CG = Corporate Gym. Which isn't really corporate and is very powerlifting friendly. I do most of my coaching here and some of my lifting

Verified members for a limited time after the original post only, I think? Do you have an edit button? I'm not sure if the rules have changed.

Adam, are you / have you ever been interested in conditioning work? Would you be doing any if this weren’t a minimalist approach? Just curious.

Hey Eric. I've done quite a bit of conditioning work over the years, but in my specific circumstances, I would say that the gym time I have available is best spent on strength work, and that I'm adequately conditioned for my day to day needs. If time weren't a limiting factor, some HIIT would probably have a place in my programming. Do you have a specific question? Happy to help if I can.

    6/18/19 (AG):

First workout in the apartment gym. Won't be my last, but it will continue to not be my first choice.

    Bench: 1x{245, 265, 275}, 235x3x5
Press: 145x6, 135x6,6,4,1 (rushed these a bit. ok, a lot)
Unimpressive # of neutral grip chins (only straight bar was unavailable, no dip belt, mine was at BG)
Low incline DB Bench: 50'sx12,15 (program said dips, didn't like the only apparatus, didn't have my dip belt anyway)
DB Curls: 50x1x3 (each hand. kinda hard. I'm bad at curls. DB's were already out and I had a few seconds to kill while waiting for a young dude who was doing something obnoxious and silly with the 10's or 15's in front of the rack to move).

    Press: 185x1, 165x3x2
    Deadlift: 425x4 (hook), 425x4 (straps)
2x Paused deadlift (1" off floor ascent & descent): 315x5
    Close-grip Bench: 225x5
    Regular Bench (short rest): 225x2
    Close-grip bench (short rest): 135x13

Had to rush at the end. Here's the squat:
