    Paused deadlift (straps) 350x5x3
    DOH deadlift and hold: 350x1
    P-snatch: 115x2x2, 105x2x4
    Row: 210x5x3 (pronated grip)
    Leg Extensions
    Plate pinches: 2 x 25# x a handful (lol)

    4/19/19 (A midwestern giant many-hundred-thousand-square-foot facility with a pool, a basketball court, and more gym nonsense than I’ve seen in a LONG time):

    Press: 155x5x3
    Squat: 295x5x3
    Slingshot bench: 240x5x3
    Deadlift: 385x5x3 sort of. With straps due to equipment problems of bo chalk and bad bars and a lot of re-setting due to equipment problems of hex plates
    LTE: 75x15x2
    DB Curls: 60x5x2
    Power Cleans (with an olympic bearing bar I rescued from the bench press): up to 180. 175 looked decent. 180 was pretty ugly.
