    Split snatch/power clean: Been a while. No real weight to speak of. Just a few practices.
    Dips: 105x3,3,5
    Chins: 95x1, 115x1, 125x1, 135xF (FAIL), 75x5
    Curls: 3 sets @ 80 lbs to RPE pumped
