    Deadlift: 345x3, 395x3, 445x6
    Squat unrack/iso-hold: 505x1xas long as possible
    Pin Press: 150x4x3 (eyebrow height)
    GHR: 35x6x2, 0x12
    DB Curls & RDE's superset (2 sets of 8 each w/ 35's)
    Belt squat: 3 plates (270# plate weight) x 5 x 2

    Squat: 305 x 5, 345 x 3, 385 x 2
    CG Slingshot Bench (yellow): 255x4x4
    RDL: 345x5x2

    Pin press: 155x3x5

    Anderson squat (~6" ROM): 455x1 + short hold, 455x3 + long iso hold at top
    GHR: 20#kbx10x2
    some calves & abs, <5 mins

    Bottoms up squat off the safeties, I did these starting WAY above parallel (about 6" below lockout) and will work to increase the ROM over time and see if it helps with my regular squat.

    9/16/19 (CG):

    I'm trying to figure out this whole "bottoms up" thing. If you're hands are on the bar, how are you holding the beer bottle? And usually you look up while finishing your drink, but I thought we weren't supposed to look up while squatting.

    I never said which bottoms are up. It might be a more interesting exercise than you’re imagining.
