    DB Bench: 100x5x5
    Power Clean: up to 155, then called it
    Chins: 95x3x2
    Dips: 95x3x8

    11/22/19:

    Squat: 325x3x5
    Press: 185x2x3
    Bench: 255x3x2
    Deadlift:
    545x0 (fail just short of lockout. Moving fast, hook grip just wouldn't hold)

    545x1 (Straplift PR. Moved a lot slower but made it all the way)


    495x3 (strapped but not filmed)

    BW dnm. Was 161.6 (clothed) as of Monday. Still somewhere thereabouts.

    Deadlift: 495x2,1,1,1 (hook,strapstrapstrap)

    Gravity dial was on 11 today. Pulls felt heavy. Deload over.

    Barbell Rows: 225x5x2
    Curls

    Had to cut the last 2 exercises a little short.
