    Thanks! Been here since Spring, actually, but at the moment I'm still traveling up north to coach at my favorite commercial gym. Do you still have my e-mail address? I'm not sure if I have yours and I can fill you in on that whole deal. Plus, we should definitely get together for an adult beverage sometime, either preceded by some lifting or not.

    Squat: 425x1, 365x3x3
    Bench: 260x1x5
    Rows: 185x8x3 (not putting bar down between reps)
    Press: 170x1x9 in 5 minute density block

    This week got weird, so programming had to adjust to it. Planning to get back in Thursday and Friday for split sessions.

    Slingshot bench: 265x3x3, 245x7x2
    Dips: 105x5,5,3,3,3

    Life stuff has robbed me of a couple pounds according to the scale, which comports with how heavy this all felt today.

    Better day today:

    Squat: 325x2x4 (paused, beltless)
    Deadlift: 475x5 (All hook grip. Hard, but not a fight for my life like the one time I've done this with straps)
    Squat: 335x3x3 (no pause, yes belt)
    Chin-ups: 105x3x2

    Squat: 360x5x4 (4x5 PR. Is that a thing?)
    Power cleans: Just a couple. Elbow still not loving these.
    Rows: 225x5x4
    Chins: 75x5x3
