    Bench: 262.5x3x2
    Squat: 355x3, 345x3x2, 335x3x2
    Press: 162.5x5x2, 157.5x5x3
    Deadlift: 495x2,1, 405x3

    I guess I'm not all that displeased in light of the schedule adjustments. Bench went super well, squat was fine, the rest felt heavier than I wanted it to. An extra day of recovery before I'm back at it should help.

    Deadlift: 485x1 (hook), 550xFAIL (strap), 515x1x3 (strap, hook, hook), 515xFAIL

    Called it a day there. Fighting off a little cold and slept very poorly last night. No 550 pull in 2019.

    Calendars are arbitrary constructs anyway. I'll just hit it in 2020 and then start working my way up from there. It will be like one of those New Year's Resolutions, except I'm actually going to do it.

    Press: 165x3x5 (or 6. Lost count of sets)
    Rows: 245x2x8
    Curls: Just a few to try to keep the elbow from getting cranky
