    Press: 185x1, 205xF (shouldn't have gone for it after bench. Next week it should go), 175x4, 175x2

    Deadlift: 500x1x3 (hook)
    Bench: 300x1, 250x5
    Squat: 325x2x4 (paused)
    Press: 155x7

    Should have gone easier on the deadlifts on Wednesday. Today's were extra hard. 300 lb bench ties my PR, so that's pretty nice.

    2/17/2020:

    Squat: 410x1, 375x5x2, 355x5x2 (These went pretty good)
    Press: 175x5x3 (Some of these went good. Some were hard. I suspect this is a 3x5 PR)
    Row: 235x7 (Ended up short on time, so I did an "AMRAP" set that probably wasn't quite. Better than skipping it entirely. So I tell myself. Did not perform curlzz)
