Press: 205x1, 190x2x2 (cleanest 205 I ever pressed. 1.0 style)
Deadlift: 505x3 (PR! @ RPE 8. Hook grip), 505x3 (strap @ RPE 11)
Squat: 355x3x4 (These were fine. Not fun. But fine.)
Some bench machine
BW: 162.4
I don't have active plans to do so, but I love competing in powerlifting and strengthlifting, so I'll definitely sign up for a meet when I see a convenient one.
2/19/2020:
Slingshot Bench: 275x3x3, 265x4x4
Paused squat (belted): 325x2x5
Split snatch: 115x2x6
Chins: 120x1, 110x2, 100x3
Dips: 120x5,3,2 (60 second rest periods between sets)

Shoulder wasn't up to benching, even though I made all the adjustments I could think of, so I cut it off after 1 set and played with machines.

Thanks! I sort of did, inadvertently. I got amped up about the attempt and forgot that old school powerlifting people speak a slightly different language. Fortunately, that guy is a USAPL meet organizer and long-time coach, so he knows how to spot without interfering.
