First workout of the comeback after moving this week. This and all future workouts will take place in my (heated, level-floored, tall-ceilinged) garage gym unless otherwise noted. Good to be back under my own bar and plates. A few equipment upgrades to be completed in the coming weeks to make the space more functional. I'll probably post up some photos or a virtual video tour when it's all the way done.

Good first week back from the layoff. Everything feels awful, but I didn't make myself sore to a crippling degree. Time to pile it on a bit next week.

Looks like I got my home gym finished up just in time. Governor has ordered all commercial gyms to close at 8pm tonight until further notice due to the pandemic.

That was good timing! I have worked out in multiple gyms like you did but for now it's the home gym only. I don't understand how people use commercial gyms anyway.
I definitely lucked out on the timing. I know of one really good commercial gym, but it's not crowded, it's owned and operated by people who have powerlifting backgrounds, and I guess you could say it's far more set up to be a gym than it is to be commercial. I just got an e-mail that they're not taking anybody's dues while the gym isn't able to be open. I sincerely hope that they're able to get through this, because they are one of the few really good ones.
