Missed Friday's workout. Woke up in the early morning hours with a migraine and training was out of the question. Did this today:
Deadlift: 495x3x2 (1 hook, 1 strap)
Squat: 355x3x3 (volume needs to build back up. Last rep of deadlifts tried to kill me and 5x5 on these would have almost certainly finished the job)

Bench: 230x7,7,7,5,1+F (Tried to rack the 4th after 5, rest about 20 seconds, and do the last 2. Didn't quite make it. Rushed all the rest periods)

Lots of things have been sub-optimal lately. Some within my control to a greater degree than others. Paid gravity's price for it today. Still only one direction to go and only one place to start from - forward and right here.
