I typically find that more squatting helps the soreness go away.

    Push through it.

Went on a group training session with work on friday. Was really sore yesterday so i did my session today instead.

    Squat 65 kg 3x5
    Bench 65 kg 3x5
    Rows 50 kg 3x5

Everything feelt nice and easy today.

Im thinking about investing in a gym membership after my free 3 weeks of training expires. Just afraid i wont have time to use it.

Forgot to log the whole week so here it is. Went to the gym 3 times.

    27/2
    Squat 70 kg 3x5
    Press 42,5 kg 3x5
    Deadlift 80 kg 1x5

    1/3
    Squat 75 kg 3x5
    Bench 70 kg 3x5
    Barbell rows 55 kg 3x5

    3/3
    Squat 80 kg 3x5
    Press 45 kg 3x5
    Deadlift 90 kg 1x5

Going away with work next week. The hotell i will be staying at seemed to have some dumbells and some machines but i dont think that i will be able to squat untill friday next week. Hopefully i can maintain the upperbody at least.

Allrigth back home today. The work trip was awsome for my training.
The hotellgym had an Elieko plattform, barbell and rack. I was happily suprised.

    5/3
    Squat 85 kg 3x5
Bench 70 kg 1x5 60 kg 2x5 ( The bench was not Elieko and it was awful to use so i just did one work set and two backof sets.)
    Barbell Rows 57,5 kg 3x5

    7/3
    Squat 90 kg 1x5 60 kg 1x8
    Press 45 kg 3x5
    Deadlift 100 kg 1x5
    Pullups 6-5

Only hade 30 minutes to workout on this day so i skipped some squat sets the get everything else in. 90 Kg felt nice and easy, maybe because of the good equipment.

I was going to train tomorow but i have caught a cold. Hopefully i will be ready to train on sunday. My 3 test weeks will expire on 11/3 so im thinking about invensting in a gym membership now that everything is going in the right direction.

This has been a tough year for people catching colds and the flu. That hotel gym sounded pretty nice Feel better.

So again i forgot to log my workouts. Another downside with not being able to workout at home. By the time youre home from the gym you have forgotten to log the training session.

    Well Here we go:

    11/3
    Squat 90 kg 3x5
    Bench 72,5 kg 3x5
    Rows 50 kg 3x5

    13/3
    Squat 95 kg 3x5
    Press 47,5 kg 3x5
    Deadlift 110 kg 1x5 (Easy)

    15/3
    Squat 100 kg 1x5 75 kg 1x8
    Bench 75 kg 1x5 60 kg 1x8
    Rows 55 kg 1x5 40 kg 1x8

I was short on time today but wanted to get all the exercises in. The 8 rep on the squat was tougher than expected.

    Morning training today.

Squat 80x5, 90 x2 60 x10 ( The plan was to do 100 kg 3x5 but i feelt that my lower back was feeling weird today. I couldnt get the right angels. Hopefully i will feel more flexible next time).
    Press 50 kg 3x5
Deadlift 120 kg 1x5 (Used a belt on theese, same here as in the squat, to stiff in my body. )
    Pullups 5-5-5

I forgot to write logs once again.
    Here we go:
    20/3
    Squat 100 kg 3x5
    Bench 75 kg 3x5
    Rows 55 kg 3x5

    22/3
    Front squat 40 kg 3x5
    Press 52,5 kg 5-3-3
    Deadlift 127,5 kg 1x5 ( No belt)
    Pullups 6-6-6

Lower back was feeling sore during my warmup so went for easy front squats instead. The deadlift feelt great.
