Okey. Maybe i will try that when i need to save some more time. How long are your workouts? 20-30 min?

I went for a run two days ago and was really sore afterwards so i took an extra rest day to recover.
I feelt something hurt in my upperback today when warming up with an empty barbell in the squats so i guess running is not really my thing.
Anyway i skipped the squats and the pain went away during the rest of my session.

    Benchpress 77,5 kg 5x5
    Rows 62,5 kg 4x5 50 kg 1x7
Curls 20 kg 1x20 2x10 (To make up for not squatting, my arms were burning during the 20 rep set.)

Anyway happy with the bench and not hurting myself.

The WO including a little warm up on the rower and rev hyper takes less than a half hour.

    Squats 50 kg 5x5
    Press 50 kg 5x5
    Pullups 6-6-5-5-5

Quick and nice session today! The press feelt great. Feels like my upperbody lifts are improving well but my lower body is more practice then training.

    Yesterdays session:

    Squat 60 kg 5x5
    Benchpress 80 kg 5x5
    Deadlift 130 1x5 (With a belt) 60 kg 1x10

Feels good to get 80 kg in the bench. Gonna take it slow and steady in the squat for now on and stay away from running. The deadlift was easier than last week. im adding an easy backoff set to get some more volume in when im keeping the squats easy.

I trained two days ago when we were away to my girlfriends parents cabin. Luckily they got a gym nearby in an old school buildning.
Her parents babysitted our son so we did a workout together. Did some front squats on her backsquat weight so we didnt had to switch plates. Same in the bench, did some kind of volume session.

    Front Squat 45 kg 5x5
    Bench 50 kg 5x10
    Deadlift 120 kg 1x5, 90 kg 1x5, 60 kg 1x10
    Curls 30 kg 3x10

Going to workout later today. 85 kg in the bench coming up!!!

Forgot to log a session again. It feelt really good though. Here are my two latest workouts:

    8/5
    Squat 75 kg 5x5
Bench 80 kg 2x2 82,5 kg 2x2 (Did some slower reps, 3 sec down 2 sec up! )
Deadlift 135 kg 1x5 (Used a belt and tried a mixed grip, The grip feelt akward at first but it feelt easier to lift the bar)
    kettlebell swings 24 kg 10x10

    10/5
    Bench 82,5 kg 2x2 87,5 kg 2x1 82,5 kg 2x2
    Rows 40 1x10 50 1x10 55 3x10
    Pullups 6-5-5-5-4

Skipped the squat on todays session because the deadlift and the swings from last session had my really sore.
