    A nice session that went eaisier than expected, i have been feeling sick for the past 2 days but feelt a lot better after working out!

    Here we go my three latest sessions.

    15/5 Squat 80 kg 5x5
    Bench 82,5 kg 2x2 87,5 kg 2x2
    Rows 70 kg 3x5 50 kg 2x10

    17/5
    Squat 50 kg 3x10
    Bench 82,5 kg 2x2 87,5 kg 2x2
    Deadlift 140 kg 1x5

    Early morning session today. Only hade 45 minutes to workout so i cut out one set of squats and did some quick kettlebell rowing after the bench.
