    SN. long warm up to 170/1, 180/1, 190/1, 170/2/3
    -only missed one 170 rep
    -bad quad cramps/pump/ioms/fatigue again??? like 19.10
    -so decided not to squat

    SNDL. 235/5/3
    -really focus on posture

    OHS. 95/5, 120/5, 140/5, 160/5

    today is funnie data. because i sn 190 pound.
