    finding that volums nd variety is the tikket for my 50 y.o. self

    example:

    squats 125/5/4
    romanian pulling 125/8/4
    sled leg poosh 5 sets @ 8 reps

    squats 125/5/5 getting more easy
    pressing overhead now 65/5/5
