Last squat rep was slow but I’m getting better at pushing through the wall. Could’ve sworn I did 5 reps on deadlift but the video doesn’t lie! I think might've cut the first rep when I edited it

Squats were better today than last week. Focused on getting a real tight core and maintaining it. I'll go back to alternating RDL with deadlifts on volume day. My form was terrible the first set. Second set looked better from my eyes - back was much straighter.

Hungry and tired from a hectic weekend so I knew this wouldn't be an easy workout. The bar moved really slow on bench. I'll give 85kg a whirl next week but could be at the end of this run and ready for a reset.

Fun workout with a couple of new PRs hit but I tweaked something in my back last bench session and it felt odd as I walked out to do a back off at 110kg so I racked it and called squats a day and decided to skip deadlifts too. Considering a reset for squats - I'm pretty close to a max and form seems to be getting sloppy with a bit of knee cave at these heavier weights.

A very light workout today. I tweaked something in my lower back benching last week and aggravated it squatting on Wednesday. It's improving but needs a bit more time and a light session today did it some good. I'll take a light week and reset my lifts next week if the back is good to go.

So I'm all set for another run at Andy's GGW program, slightly modified for squats and deadlift. I need regular practice with heavy weights for squats and think I can make more weekly progress in deadlift. For those reasons I plan to add a heavy single/double/triple on heavy day for squats, and keep adding weight each week on deadlift, while doing volume deadlift once a week. I'll be following the program on OHP and bench but with an extra bench session when I can making it twice a week for each.
My current best lifts are
SQUAT 115kg (2RM)
DEADLIFT 120kg (5RM)
OH PRESS 52.5kg (1RM)
BENCH 82.5kg (1RM)

After a bit of an easy week, these squats had me panting. Wanted use my straps for deadlift but one has disappeared in the piles of kids junk around the place. Looking forward to getting back into this program for a few months.
