Squats were heavy, took 5-6 minutes of rest between each set. Week 5 of GGW and squats are starting to feel heavy.

Haven't eaten enough the last couple of days, and my weight is still lower than it has been, so this session felt a little tougher. Found a new supermarket that sells huge steaks at great prices on my way home so looking forward to trying some in the next few days.

Squats were OK but I felt really lethargic when I got to bench. My weight is down and I hadn't eaten lunch so no that I'm on winter break I'm gonna have to start eating more for the next couple of heavy weeks.

Walked up n down my street 5 times with a plate in each hand. Good way to blow off some steam.

Pretty good workout, the OHP was easy and the deadlifts were fine. I definitely feel like I need more regular work at heavy squats, these were felt tough but the weight eventually went up.

This was a long workout. Squats were tough but never in danger. Gave myself a good 7-8 minute rest between sets. There's still a little knee cave, it seems OK on the first set and creeps in in the latter sets when I'm fatigued. Felt quite drained for press but managed OK. Played tennis yesterday so slept like a baby last night for nine hours.

It was hard to psych myself up for these squats after Saturday's workout so these were kind of tough. Bench was OK but the last reps on sets 3 & 4 were slow. Posted a video of my high pulls - from is probably all over the place but they felt OK.
