Back was quite sore from squats Saturday. I'll deadlift Wednesday as I'm playing golf tomorrow and don't want to aggravate it. I also have had a bit of pain in my right wrist recently which may or may not be related to training. I can press and bench OK with good form so I'll stick with it for the time being.

Wrist still sore, and actually the little boney knoll on the outside is a little swollen. I found a strong grip that allowed me to do the presses without much discomfort.

I’ve lost a bit of weight not eating enough. Was worried about these squats. they were tough but fine. Got a little light headed in OHP and deadlift but managed. Last deadlift rep I really felt it in my lower back... not a bad pain just like it was being worked.

Was a bit light headed doing OHP again. Had to rack it after one rep in second set. Maybe need to eat more...weights down a little. Still, I'm happy with my current progress in all my lifts
