Work eases off for a couple of months so I'm going to get back to a regular schedule. I've lost 6kg and quite a bit of strength I'm sure but I want to stay close to this weight for a few months and add some conditioning, before building up again later in the cooler months. So I'm going back to a variation of GGW and full body workouts for at least a few months now that I have the time and energy for it. That said, I'm pretty stuffed now.

Been using the new cue I got here a few weeks ago for my deadlift. Feels awesome, like I could deadlift the earth. Definitely worth a look.
